• Equipment Report : Nerf Bars have been installed on Utility 40. Discussed vehicle replacement schedule.  Equipment priority list discussed.  Garage discussed.  Building addition discussed. Training Center discussed. K-12 saw discussed. RIT/RIC pack discussed. Motion made by BOB Sackmann and Seconded by Andrew Benson to purchase a RIT/Ric pack for Engine 44 Motion carried.

  • Burns- May try and do some burns this fall

• DNR Grant: Leaf blower for wild-land burns was discussed. Wild land Gear discussed.
• Informational items- Discussed the web-site. Blood Drive and Boon Marrow test may 15. EMS Assist discussed. Tech Rescue meeting April 29 9AM. Severe Weather Awareness Week Drills April 22.  Relay for life August 14 and 14. assembly Bill 724 requiring driver certification for ambulance. Thanked Leo Mullooly for the GREAT job on the Wainscoting in the meeting room.

• Secretary's Report- Motion made by Bryan Mantei seconded by Jeff London to accept the report as presented Motion carried.

• Board of Directors- Resignation letter was read from Dan Borchardt and a motion was made by Brian Beals, seconded by Howard JR Schmidt to accept his resignation. Motion carried.

• Equipment Report- Fuel level;s in vehicles discussed and if you are the driver you are responsible to fill the vehicle as needed.  Watch the Plymovent System we had to replace one of the ends that had a broken air valve.  Both PP-VF are in and will Be place on the trucks. RIT/RIC pack is in but the mask has not come yet.  Mirror extension for the tender was discussed.
• Truck Committee Report- none
• Maintenance Report- ABS sensor will be fixed this month
• Training Report- Reminder if you sign up for an out of house class, you must attend that class.  Sharon is looking into combined training this summer.  MPO class in Sharon, sign up ASAP.  SCBA testing needs to be done by everyone that is wearing an SCBA. Get with John if you not completed this to set up a time.
• AFG grant- Both have been rejected and discussed.
• Explorers- Bill due to the Boy Scout of America, motion made by Shannon Davis and Seconded by Jeff London to pay the bill. Motion carried.
• DNR Grant- Items needed discussed. Motion made by Andrew Benson and seconded by Andrew Callas to buy a leaf blower. Motion carried.  Motion made by Bob Sackmann and seconded by Brian Beals to buy complete sets to make up for 15 personnel,coat,pants,helmet,mask,and goggles. Motion carried.
• Informational items- Reminder that one large incidents (more than one vehicle) to have just one vehicle clear all other units after the call.  Safety Officer position discussed and anyone interested talk to John or Leo.  Blood Drive and Bone Marrow testing for May 15 changed to July with final date to be announced.  NAEIR trip this month and looking for people to go.  4H Fair discussed and there will be sign-up sheet posted.  No Village employees will be responding during the day per Village Administrator.  Motion made by Howard Jr Schmidt and second by Andrew callas to form a training facility committee.  Motion carried.  Everyone should have safety glasses.  Get use to wearing them on every call when you are not wearing your SCBA mask.
• Scholarships- Jon Collins, Alex Franseen,Evan Ball, Alex Austinand Shannon Slavin are this years recipients. Fire will be paying for 2 and a half scholarships.

• Treasurer Report- Motion made by Colin Cleland and seconded by Matt Ball to accept the report as presented.
• Board of Directors-  A medical leave of absence for 7 to 9 week was presented from Robert Sackmann.  A motion was made by Andrew Benson, seconded by Jeff London to accept. Motion carried.

• Explorers- Two new members have joined.

• Informational items-  Tutle Parade Sunday June 24 noon.  Discussed IAMRESPONDING.  Discussed Vets Roll and a Possible donation.  Motion made ny Howard Schmidt and seconded by Andrew Benson to donate $250.00. Motion carried. Fun Walk Saturday June 19.  Motion made by Tim Updike and seconded by Alan Sackmann to donate the cost of the bone marrow testing. Motion carried. Training center/building meeting Thursday June 17 6:30pm.  Anyone reponding in Engine must have the SCBA endurance training.
